Beacon Remodeling LLC is operated by Stephen Brusca and Michael Kemph. When you call for an appointment one of them will visit your home – not a commissioned salesman.

Both Stephen Brusca and Michael Kemph, both Carroll County residents for over 10 years. Steve and Michael are passionate about quality and service and believe strongly in a no pressure sales approach and take pride in running clean, well planned and well managed projects.

Steve is in his 19th year in the remodeling business and his primary background is in windows, doors, kitchens and siding. The former Sales Manager for a local, leading window fabricator – Steve has sold and/or managed thousands window, door, siding and kitchen jobs in his career.

Michael Kemph is in his seventh year in the remodeling business and his experience in both carpentry and sales goes back almost 25 years! Michael’s specialties are: kitchens and windows as well as general interior remodeling and trim carpentry. Mike is equally skilled in both production and sales and has over 50 kitchen installations to his credit in just the past half dozen years alone. He has sold and/or managed over 1,200 window, door and kitchen jobs in his remodeling career.
 
Beacon Remodeling is pleased to announce the addition of Lead Carpenter Ted Sines to our production team! Steve and Ted have worked together on joint projects for over a decade and we are delighted to have Ted aboard with his 20 years of experience in home remodeling and new home construction. Ted specializes in all types of home improvement projects including additions and he shares Steve and Mike's passion for details and respect for your home.
